Heart Door Plaque Bear Design Blue

This heart shaped door plaque (18cm x 18cm) features a cute teddy bear in the middle in  blue.  Around the edge of the plaque we have painted little stitch marks in a matching colour. 

The door hanger can be personalised at the top and bottom with your own wording, for a new baby gift this would typically be name, date and time of birth, however we are happy to paint almost any message so get creative and these could make great gifts for Mothers day, Valentines day or a special gift for anyone who collects teddy bears.
