DEFINITIONS

Glazed for Keeps is a wholely owned subsidary of Pots of Fun Limited of Beechwood, Main Street, Shawell, Leics, LE17 6AG, United Kingdom

"Customer", "Buyer" or "You" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products

"Products" means the products offered for sale by Pots of via the Glazed for Keeps website.

"The Website" means "glazedforkeeps.co.uk"

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Acceptance of order through the website is notification that you agree to our terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase.

GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all Products by Pots of Fun to the customer.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.  However due to individual nature of handpainting and the variation of the colours displayed on your monitor we cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly as seen on your monitor and browser.  Most products have been described with sizes and lengths given as accurately as possible.
  
PRICE
All prices are quoted in £ sterling and are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated.  You will be told the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase.  There are no hidden extra costs.

In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Glazed for keeps reserves the right to
not supply that item as said price.  The normal price will be offered instead

PAYMENTS   
Payments must be made in £ sterling only.  You can use VISA, Mastercard or Paypal.  When you have completed your selection you are automatically transferred to the Paypal secure server.  After placing an order the Customer will received an email confirmation for the purchase.
   
LICENCE AGREEMENT   
The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners.  Glazed for Keeps cannot responsible for any misuse by the customer or any third party.
   
COMPLAINTS
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our service.   We will deal with complaints effectively.   We will be fair and handle you complaint confidentially.  You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days and we will provide a timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you notified of progress.  

LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
