Delivery Timescales

Our usual despatch times,from date of order are:

• For non-personalised orders 4 working days
• For personalised orders 7 working days

If for any reason, we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Glazed for Keeps will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.

Delivery Costs
The delivery costs quoted on our web site are for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. We welcome orders from customers outside of the UK mainland but please contact us for information on delivery times and costs before placing your order.

There is a fixed shipping cost of £3.95 irrespective of the number, value or weight of your order.

Canceling or Changing an Order

If you need to cancel or change an order you have placed with Glazed for keeps, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Orders for personalised goods cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded in full if the personalisation has been started (typically within 24 hours of order).
• Orders for non-personalised goods can be cancelled if the goods have not been depatched. Where goods have been despatched see our returns policy.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your goods, directly by telephone or e-mail to discuss your disatisfaction with the goods. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any product that does not meet your requirements.

For a refund you will need to return the goods to us in their original condition at your expense.

When returning goods please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the goods back and in their original condition and packaging.

Glazed for keeps cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post. If in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange a full refund including postage costs or exchange.
